Parents:  Is your student planning to be a part of the Brookwood Band program this Fall?  If so, we need to know it by March 29th.  The Brookwood Band Letter of Intent is now available ONLINE!  

Completing the online Letter of Intent will take about 3 minutes.  Here's what you need to know to get started...

1.  The Letter of Intent must be completed by a parent.  The parent must login to this website.  The Letter of Intent is found on the Finance menu above, just below Mrs. Stanley and Mr. Wilson's heads.

2.  In the quick form, you'll confirm your student's contact information as well as your own.  Then, specify what band or bands your student will participate in.  IMPORTANT:  If your student intends to march in the Bronco Marching Band, you MUST specify that on the Letter of Intent in order to have the student "written into" the show.  If a student signs up to march after March 29, they will be considered an alternate until such time as a suitable opening occurs in the roster.

3.  Your fees deposit will be determined based upon the bands selected.  At the end of the Letter of Intent you will be directed to pay the fees deposit using either student account funds or PayPal (Debit/Credit/Check).  Once that process is complete you'll receive a confirmation email and you're done.  By July 10, the remainder of fees are due.  In addition, you will need to update health information for your student and provide health insurance information.  Details on how to do that will be available later.

COLOR GUARD: Color guard members simply sign up for Marching Band and specify their marching instrument as "Color Guard".

FIRST-TIME BROOKWOOD BAND PARTICIPANTS:  The student needs to signup on the website as a "Prospect".  At the end of this semester they will automatically become a "Student" member.  Parents of prospects need to have their own accounts on the site as well.  At least one parent is required to register on the website to complete student signup.
